Q:
What happens if I dont' get what I ordered?
A:

Please emails us at sales@rawcamping.com or phone us at 1-626-720-3784 to review the order with a customer service representative.

All orders that were mistakenly shipped by our company will be replaced promptly.  However, merchandise that was ordered in error by the customer will have a 20% restocking fee, and all additional shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

 

Q:
Why does the charge on my credit card say T.J. Trading, Inc. instead of R.A.W. Camping?
A:

Most of our merchandise is dropped ship by T.J. Trading, Inc., so you may see a charge from them instead of us.  All credit issues for credit card transactions must go through our company, R.A.W. Camping.
